To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in unauthorized activities.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems.

  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Platform.
  • Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Platform available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. We shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform.
  • Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
